Terms of Service

Last updated August 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of bakku (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. What bakku does

bakku helps service businesses detect clients who are overdue for a repeat visit and automatically sends them a nudge to encourage rebooking, based on client data you import.

2. Your account

3. Your responsibilities when using bakku

4. Plans, billing, and trials

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Data ownership

You own the client data you import — we process it only to provide the Service to you. On cancellation, you may request an export of your data before it's deleted per our retention policy (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific number of recovered bookings or amount of recovered revenue — results depend on your clients, your business, and factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bakku's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — in particular the client-data rules in Section 3 — with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify account holders by email of material changes before they take effect.
